Due to the made-to-order and embroidered nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will work to resolve it.
