Processing & Production Time

  • All items are made to order and embroidered specifically for each customer.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for production and embroidery before your order ships.

Shipping Time

  • Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.

Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.

No Returns or Exchanges

  • Due to the custom-made nature of our embroidered products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
