Processing & Production Time
- All items are made to order and embroidered specifically for each customer.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for production and embroidery before your order ships.
Shipping Time
- Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.
Order Tracking
- A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.
No Returns or Exchanges
- Due to the custom-made nature of our embroidered products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
